Where can I get the decoration permit?

Decoration permits are generally unified to the property for decoration permits. In special circumstances, we should negotiate with the property, make specific arrangements, handle the decoration permit, and pay the garbage disposal fee and decoration deposit at the same time. After the decoration is completed, it will be returned after acceptance. According to the relevant laws and regulations, before decorating the house, the owner and user of the house should go to the grass-roots management unit of the house for registration, and go to the urban management department of the local street office for examination and approval. Where the main structure is removed and the load is obviously handled, the housing management personnel and decoration households must go to the housing appraisal department for acceptance.

The application materials required to apply for the decoration permit are as follows:

1, two application forms;

2, a copy of the original construction drawing design documents of the construction project review;

3. The power of attorney issued by Party A and the ID card of the handling personnel;

4. Party A's business license, tax certificate, organization code certificate, legal person ID card or pre-examination of industrial and commercial name, legal person ID card;

5. The original and photocopy of the lease contract, property right certificate or construction project planning permit and its attachments issued by the planning department, and the owner's consent to decoration;

6. Business license, qualification certificate, organization code certificate, construction contract, budget, construction organization plan issued by the construction department, and formalities issued by the provincial construction department for foreign decoration enterprises;

7, supervision contract, supervision business license, qualification certificate, foreign supervision enterprises need to provide procedures issued by the provincial construction department;

8. Three to seven of the above materials shall be bound into volumes, and copies of all materials shall be stamped with the official seal of the information provider.

Legal basis: Article 284th of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Owners can manage buildings and their ancillary facilities by themselves, or entrust property service enterprises or other managers to manage them.

The owner has the right to replace the realty service enterprise or other managers selected by the construction unit according to law.

Article 285

Entrusted by the owners, the realty service enterprise or other managers shall, in accordance with the provisions of the realty service contract in Part III of this Law, manage the buildings and their ancillary facilities within the building division, accept the supervision of the owners, and promptly answer the owners' inquiries about realty service.

Property service enterprises or other managers shall implement emergency measures and other management measures implemented by the government according to law, and actively cooperate with relevant work.
