Changle slope belongs to Baqiao District, Xi City.

Yang Jian, Emperor Wendi of Sui Dynasty, once built Changle Palace on the north side of the road, and Wang Chunge on the south side of Changle East Road (now north of Huashan Factory), and personally named the bank of Zen River Changle Po (now Changle Po Village).

Changle Po Community was formally established in May, 20001year. It is one of the four major communities under Shilipu Sub-district Office in Baqiao District, Xi City, Shaanxi Province. The office is located in the courtyard of Lantian Community, Changle East Road 10, adjacent to the residential property office. The community has jurisdiction from Changle Road in the north, Huangjiapo Village in the south, Gaolou Village in the west and Chanhe Bridge in the east, with nearly 3,000 residents.
