What kind of house is Dongba home?

Dongba home is a commercial house. There are four buildings in Area A of Dongba Home, one of which is Building 228, which is sold as a commercial house. The owner of the community looked for a lawyer to check. The developers of these four buildings have all kinds of documents, and they have not paid the land transfer fee, so far they have not given the real estate license. Except for four sets of commercial houses, all the others are small property rights, and the procedures are incomplete.
