According to official website, Linyi Education Bureau, the self-owned property required for registration refers to the property owned by the school-age children themselves or their guardians and actually delivered. Self-owned residence refers to the residence where school-age children or guardians hold the ownership certificate of residential houses and have actually delivered the houses for occupancy. The property owner is * * *, and the share of property rights is not less than 50%. The use (nature) of real estate must be residential, and non-residential houses such as industrial houses, commercial houses (including apartments), storage rooms and garages cannot be used as admission property. So Linyi Universal International Apartment can't go to school.
