Can I apply for stopping heating?

"Harbin city heating measures" stipulated in article 32.

Household heating users who want to stop using heat shall submit a written reply to the heating unit 20 days before the end of the last heating period to the beginning of this heating period, and the heating unit shall form a written reply within 10 days from the date of receiving the application.

Users who stop using heat shall sign an agreement with the heating unit to stop using heat and pay the basic fee for the operation of heating facilities. The basic charging standards for the operation of heating facilities shall be implemented in accordance with the standards determined by the competent price department.

In any of the following circumstances, no application shall be made to stop using heat:

First, non-household heating users;

Two, new buildings and existing buildings household heating facilities in the warranty period;

Third, the first floor, top floor, etc. It may endanger the thermal safety of adjacent users and the operation safety of indoor public facilities.

Heating units are not allowed to set the conditions for limiting heat and stopping heat without authorization.
