Colliers International is one of the oldest commercial real estate companies in the world. Colliers International was established in Australia on 1970, which quickly attracted powerful real estate companies from all over the world to join. 1976- Colliers International Property Consultants Co., Ltd. was established in Australia.

1985- American and Canadian real estate companies join Colliers International Group.

1986–Colliers International has offices in 20 countries and regions in the Asia-Pacific region.

1990–Colliers International expands its business in emerging markets such as Central Europe and Latin America.

200 1-The annual operating income broke through for the first time1billion dollars.

Today in 2004, First Service Company made its first investment in Colliers International.

2006-Colliers International was awarded "Global Outsourcing 100" enterprise.

2007-Colliers International improved its services in hotel and project management by acquiring PKF Hotel Research Institute, MHPM Hotel Project Management Company and Roberts Weaver Group.
