3. Agree on the time for the developer to handle the real estate license. In the house purchase disputes, many disputes are caused by the issue of the issuance period of the real estate license. Under normal circumstances, developers often explain why the progress of issuing real estate licenses is always delayed by relevant departments. However, according to the "Measures for the Administration of Urban Housing Ownership Registration", if the registration authority has clear ownership and complete information on the source of property rights, it shall, within two months from the date of accepting the registration, grant the registration and issue the housing property certificate.
