Breach of contract, maintenance costs.

1. If the owner violates the property management regulations, such as illegally building, privately connecting wires, piling up sundries, etc., Pinsheng Property can deduct money to punish the owner, or carry out corresponding maintenance and cleaning work.

2. If the public facilities or buildings in the community are damaged or need maintenance, Pinsheng Property will deduct money to pay the maintenance fee. These expenses are caused by normal wear and tear, accidents or natural disasters.
