The Document on Reducing Property Fees for Vacant Closed Houses issued by Anhui Provincial Price Bureau expired on 2011.12.438+0. The document stipulates that 50% of vacant houses (the monthly water and electricity occurrence shall not exceed 2) shall be paid in 6-18 months, and 80% in excess of18 months.

At present, the new document of the price department is changed to11.12.31,and all vacant houses are paid at 100%.

All property service enterprises:

In order to further standardize the city's property service charges, improve the transparency of property service charges, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of owners and property service enterprises, according to the Supplementary Notice of the Provincial Price Bureau on Issues Related to Comprehensive Property Service Charges (No.Wanjiafu [2009]148), the comprehensive property service charges for vacant houses are hereby notified as follows:

First, the newly-built unoccupied ordinary commodity housing refers to the newly-built ordinary commodity housing that has not been renovated and the monthly electricity bill does not exceed 2 degrees.

2. According to the document of Provincial Price Bureau [2009] 148, the comprehensive service fee for vacant houses was fully recovered.

Three, property services companies and owners have agreed, from its agreement.

The above provisions shall be implemented from 2011121,and the document No.46 of the former Municipal Price Bureau shall be abolished at the same time.
