National policy on installing charging piles

Legal analysis: 1. The state has a clear support policy for the installation of charging piles in residential areas, which does not mean that the property will not be installed unless it is installed.

2. A number of ministries and commissions jointly issued the Notice on Promoting the Installation of Self-use Charging Facilities for New Energy Passenger Cars in Property Management Areas. If the property is not allowed to be installed, you can complain to the Housing Construction Committee, and an independent electric meter must be installed separately when installing the charging pile.

Legal Basis: Demonstration Text on the Construction and Management of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure in Residential Areas Article 1 This article applies to the charging infrastructure installed in residential areas, including: (1) Self-use charging infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as "self-use piles"), which refers to the charging piles built by individuals who purchase and use electric vehicles in their dedicated fixed parking spaces with ownership or use rights and related facilities connected to superior power sources. (2) Public charging infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as "public piles") refers to charging piles and related facilities connected to the superior power supply built by property service enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "property") or charging infrastructure operating enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "operating enterprises") and other units in public areas of residential areas.
