Transportation: It costs only 1 yuan to go to work by bus, but what about taking a taxi? 20? Double the price. Get up early every day? 10? Minutes, can you save it? 20 bucks.
Beauty: It's simple, break the prejudice, believe in domestic products, such as sun protection, choose a domestic brand, save half the money immediately, and the effect is not bad.
Exercise: I want to share with you how to pay for myself wisely and ask myself a few questions: Do I need this thing? Is it the need of healthy growth or vanity? Do I like this thing? The second trick: do things first and then reward everyone. If you want to form a new habit and do something, you should buy equipment first. Finally, it proves that things are hot for three minutes and give up halfway.
Because this idea is simply wrong and does not conform to the logic of psychology. In fact, forming new habits is similar to taming animals. Have you ever seen anyone who rewards first and then trains? It's a complete waste of small fish.
The correct logic is to start doing things or forming habits first, and then tell yourself, if you persist smoothly for a period of time, for example? 30? God, just buy yourself one? XX .
If you didn't do anything just now, you will be rewarded, and the motivation to do things will actually dissipate. You may stick to something new for a while, but it doesn't last long, basically only three days.
In contrast, if you do things first, achieve a certain goal, and then reward yourself with something, you can form a positive feedback closed loop. If there are unrealized rewards, it will continue to pull you to complete this task. After you successfully accomplish your goal, you will be fully sure that you will definitely use this consumption, and you will have a special sense of accomplishment when you consume it, which will further promote you to do better.

If you want to develop the habit of saving before spending, you can't be greedy at first, but you can learn from it. 10% start. Because 10%?
