Are all the rents of the property company owned by the property company?

1. The rent of the ground parking lot belongs to all property owners. According to the relevant provisions of the Property Management Regulations and the Property Law, if the ground area is used as a motor vehicle parking lot, the parking rent shall be owned by all property owners after deducting the property management fees. If the property charges the property management service fee separately from the rent, the rent belongs to all property owners.

2. The rent of the underground parking lot belongs to the owner of the parking space.

3. The advertising space rent of elevator hall and property office, excluding property management fees, belongs to all property owners.

4. The rents of commercial shops and rented houses in agent for owner belong to the property owners, who can extract them as agreed.

Simply put, the use income and rent of public venues and places in the property area belong to all owners. Property management fees can be withdrawn, and the balance should be transferred to the account of the owners' Committee, or a separate account should be set up for the use of the industry Committee. The income from the rental or operation of the property entrusted by the industry Committee or other owners shall be divided according to the agreement of both parties.
