Wuhan decoration time regulation 2023:

4. Community restrictions: Some communities or communities may stipulate a specific renovation time, or stipulate that the renovation needs to be approved by the community.

The meanings of the following terms in this Law:

(2) Night refers to 10: 00 pm to 6: 00 am. The people's governments at or above the municipal level with districts may separately stipulate the starting and ending time of the night within their respective administrative areas, and the length of the night is eight hours;

(3) noise-sensitive structures refers to buildings that need to be kept quiet, such as residence, scientific research, medical and health care, culture and education, office of government agencies and social welfare.

(4) Traffic trunk lines refer to railways, expressways, first-class highways, second-class highways, urban expressways, urban trunk roads, urban secondary trunk roads, urban rail transit lines and inland high-grade waterways.
