Wuhan decoration time regulation 2023:

1. time limit: the decoration time is generally stipulated in the daytime, usually from 7: 00 a.m. to 10, during which decoration can be carried out. Decoration and construction are generally not allowed at night and in the early morning, so as not to affect the rest of neighbors.

2. Noise limitation: Noise may be generated during decoration and construction. In order to avoid noise disturbing people, some places have formulated noise limit standards, and the noise decibel of the construction site cannot exceed the prescribed standards.

3. Holiday restrictions: In some areas, it is stipulated that decoration construction cannot be carried out on holidays or weekends to ensure the rest and life of neighbors.

4. Community restrictions: Some communities or communities may stipulate a specific renovation time, or stipulate that the renovation needs to be approved by the community.

The policies stipulated in the decoration are as follows:

1. New policy of construction waste management: From June 65438+ 10/day, 2022, the state will implement a new classification standard for construction waste, and the construction party needs to classify the construction waste before transporting and treating it.

2. New decoration noise management policy: In order to avoid the influence of noise on the surrounding residents during the decoration construction, some areas have formulated new decoration noise management policies, stipulating the decoration time period and noise decibel limit.

3. New decoration pollution management policy: In order to reduce the pollution of decoration construction to the surrounding environment, some areas have formulated new decoration pollution management policies, which stipulate the requirements for waste disposal and building materials selection.

4. New policies on decoration quality management: In order to improve the quality of decoration construction, some areas have formulated new policies on decoration quality management, and put forward requirements on the selection of building materials, construction standards and acceptance.

5. Waste disposal regulations: In order to avoid the pollution of the surrounding environment caused by the waste generated in the decoration process, it can be stipulated that the waste generated in the decoration process must be collected separately and disposed of properly.

Article 88

The meanings of the following terms in this Law:

(1) Noise emission means that noise sources radiate noise to the surrounding living environment;

(2) Night refers to 10: 00 pm to 6: 00 am. The people's governments at or above the municipal level with districts may separately stipulate the starting and ending time of the night within their respective administrative areas, and the length of the night is eight hours;

(3) noise-sensitive structures refers to buildings that need to be kept quiet, such as residence, scientific research, medical and health care, culture and education, office of government agencies and social welfare.

(4) Traffic trunk lines refer to railways, expressways, first-class highways, second-class highways, urban expressways, urban trunk roads, urban secondary trunk roads, urban rail transit lines and inland high-grade waterways.
