(3) Property manager (one of the following conditions)

1. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant property manager, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 4 years continuously, and has been trained by the professional property manager to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.

2. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional property assistant manager, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 5 years.

3. This year, the professional knowledge examination of property management personnel has increased the content of professional ethics. The examination method of professional ethics takes the form of closed book in writing, and the examination time is arranged after the theoretical knowledge examination for 30 minutes. Full score of professional ethics test paper 100, 60 points passed. Failing the theoretical knowledge test is regarded as failing. The scores of the professional ethics test and the theoretical knowledge test are converted into the final theoretical knowledge test by 20% and 80% respectively.
