How do property companies apply for qualification change?

There are only two ways to change qualifications. The first type of temporary qualification is changed to formal level 3; Second, the qualification upgrade.

In either case, the practice is the same. Prepare relevant materials according to the qualification level you intend to change, such as intermediate title certificate, property management certificate, property management contract and so on. The regional management offices of the provincial and municipal construction committees are responsible for the examination and approval of secondary qualifications, the county-level construction committees are responsible for the examination and approval of tertiary qualifications, and the primary qualifications should be handled by the Ministry of Construction.
