(1) Graduates register with their parents (or their legal guardians) and live in the teaching area, while the other party is an active serviceman who has not worked in Nanjing, worked in other places, farmed or settled abroad; Parents divorced, graduates registered with legal guardians (with property certificates) and lived in the teaching area.

(2) Graduates' registered residence is in the teaching area with their grandparents, and both parents are active servicemen who are not working in Nanjing or experts and technicians who are sent to work abroad.

(3) Graduates' registered permanent residence is reserved for grandparents from the date of birth. Neither parent has purchased or allocated housing, and the registered permanent residence has never been moved.

(2) Handling of several special situations in household registration examination and approval.

● Handling of the problem of relocated households

(1) Graduates who buy a house again after family demolition and obtain the house ownership certificate should attend junior high school in the teaching area where they buy a new house.

(2) Graduates who buy new houses after family demolition, but have not obtained the house ownership certificate due to policies and other reasons, should issue relevant certificates and materials and enter junior high school in the teaching area where they buy new houses.

(3) Graduates who have not re-purchased houses after family demolition shall issue relevant certificates and materials to enroll in junior high school in the teaching area where the original household registration is located. If you really have learning difficulties, the district education bureau will coordinate and solve them.

● Handling of household registration change.

After the enrollment begins, if the graduate's household registration changes in the local area, in principle, he will attend junior high school in the teaching area where the original household registration is located; If it is really difficult to study or move into our district from other districts, it will be coordinated by the District Education Bureau.

Second, the enrollment method

1. Public junior high school enrollment

(1) Public junior high schools are admitted to the nearest school without examination in the teaching area. Primary school graduates who meet the admission requirements in this district will be enrolled in the primary schools in the reading area from the primary schools they are attending now; Those who study in other districts shall register for further studies at the district admissions office. After the degree distribution of fresh primary school graduates, they must report to the designated school at the specified time with the Notice of Public Junior High School Compulsory Education Degree. Those who fail to report within the time limit will give up automatically.

(2) According to the regulations, the District Education Bureau will take measures such as controlling the enrollment scale of hot schools and implementing computer allocation for spare places to ensure that compulsory education is free of examination and meets the requirements of relevant provincial and municipal documents.

2. Private junior high school enrollment

Private junior high schools do not enroll students according to the plan. The enrollment plan should be reported to the District Education Bureau for review and the Municipal Education Bureau for the record, and announced to the public.

Private junior high school enrollment is divided into two forms: computer allocation and independent enrollment, with a planned ratio of 2:8. If the number of applicants exceeds the number of computer allocation plans, the enrollment method of computer random allocation will be adopted; If the number of applicants does not exceed the number of computer allocation plans, full admission will be implemented, and the unfinished computer allocation enrollment plan can be transferred to the independent enrollment plan.

After the allocation of compulsory education degrees, local registered primary school graduates who need to choose a school will receive the computer lottery volunteer form at the graduation primary school on June 7-8, and a private school, Nanjing Foreign Language School and public junior high school with computer allocation will choose a school to fill in the computer lottery volunteer form within the prescribed enrollment scope; At the same time, local registered primary school graduates studying in primary schools in other regions should go to the district admissions office to register for school choice. Those who fail to register within the time limit will not be submitted. Children of migrant workers are not assigned to school by computer. Special students admitted to special schools will no longer participate in compulsory education degree allocation and school selection registration, and other schools will not accept them.

On June 26th, the District Education Bureau will allocate computer places to private schools and Yaohao public junior high schools in the district according to the unified procedures stipulated by the Municipal Education Bureau. During the computer allocation period, the relevant personnel of discipline inspection, supervision and notary office, as well as some principals, teachers, parents' representatives and principals of private schools will supervise the whole process of computer allocation on the spot, and the allocation results will be announced on the spot. After the computer allocation, the district education bureau will go through the admission examination and approval procedures on the spot.

3. Enrolment rate of disabled children and adolescents

Conscientiously implement the Regulations on Education for the Disabled and the Opinions of Nanjing Municipality on Learning Disabled Children and Teenagers in Regular Classes. Disabled children and adolescents who have not lost their learning ability and self-care ability are normal enrollment targets and are promoted to junior high schools in the teaching area to study in regular classes.

4. Children of migrant workers go to school.

According to the requirements of Notice on Doing a Good Job in Admission of Children of Migrant Workers in Compulsory Education in Our City (Ningjiao Planning [2015] No.28), children of migrant workers mainly refer to children of migrant workers whose parents (or their legal guardians) come to Nanjing for temporary residence, who are not registered in Nanjing and whose household registration moves across cities. If the children of migrant workers studying in primary schools in our district continue to study in public junior high schools in our district, their parents (or legal guardians) should have actually lived in our temporary residence for one year (until May 3 1 day of that year). After the compulsory education degree of registered students in our district is allocated, they can apply to the public junior high schools with vacancies designated in the district, and provide the original and photocopy of the following materials:

(1) Family register and parents' (or their legal guardians') ID cards;

Residence permit or temporary residence permit issued by the public security department for parents (or their legal guardians) who have lived in this area for one year;

(3) the guardian's relatively stable work certificate (labor contract signed with the employer and one-year personal social insurance payment certificate, or one-year valid business license issued by the industrial and commercial department);

(4) Relevant certification materials that meet the requirements of the family planning policy in the inflow area;

⑤ Registration materials for students who have not completed nine-year compulsory education.

In principle, the children of migrant workers who cannot fully provide the above materials are registered in the household registration. For materials that are inconsistent with the facts, once verified, the school has the right to refuse the student admission, and at the same time, it is not allowed to apply for admission to the district again within three years.
