I am also planning to buy a house recently. I have observed many places. House prices in Texas are rising too fast. I will recommend some places I have seen.

Weilaicheng: Needless to say, it is said to be the best community in Texas, but it hasn't opened yet, so I don't know the price. It's a big area. The smallest possibility is 130. If you have money in your pocket, you can pay attention.

Highland high-rise along the street: There are many vacancies, but I'm afraid there are no good seats. I asked the high-level people along the street, and I said I had booked it.

Tianyu City: Behind the highland, north of Dongfeng East Road and west of Transportation Bureau. The first phase will be completed in August next year, with about 20 high-rise buildings. It's open now, and the price is reasonable, which is my biggest concern at present. The necessary location should be said to be the most potential development zone. East is the city garden, Odell shopping plaza and Bosideng five-star hotel, opposite to the middle school, and west is the planned snack street, about 200 meters away from Changhe Park.

Debai Rose Garden: I have no specific concerns. It is said that it is not a high-rise building, but a sunny garden-style duplex structure or villa structure, which remains to be seen.

Offshore real estate: It is the former location of amusement parks. It is said that the planning is quite NX. Now it is located to the east, but after the construction of the new high-speed rail zone, it should belong to the most central position in Texas. It must pass through the East High-speed Railway New District, Lingxian County, Panhe East District and Decheng District in the west. A five-star hotel will be built in Sun City along the coast of Hangzhou!

Meilinmei County: North of Kangbo Avenue, opposite Dezhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. It has the same architectural style as Jindi Flower City, but the location is good.

West of Jindi Flower City: Two high-rise buildings are under construction, but for some reason, there is no sales office so far, only two high-rise buildings are under construction. Compared with other places, the location is not remote and the price is acceptable.

Apart from Lin Bao and the Oriental Pearl, I don't pay much attention to the houses in Decheng District, because I work in the development zone, so I don't pay attention to the houses in Decheng District.

Tianqu Industrial Park seems to have only dry cities and high-density communities. The long river pearl seems to have been completed, I wonder if it has! !
