The fire junction box is broken. Can property be cut off?

Under normal circumstances, the property has no right to stop water and electricity supply. Even if the owner does not pay the property management fee, the water and electricity will not be collected. But in the following cases, the property company can cut off water and electricity.

1, water and electricity equipment maintenance, due to related equipment maintenance, water or power must be cut off;

2. In case of fire, the property can turn off other circuits except fire electricity, especially when the circuit is on fire, the power supply must be cut off;

3. The water supply pipeline runs, causing indoor flooding of residents. In order to reduce the loss of residents, water can be temporarily stopped for emergency repair.
