After the new Kidd and Huaxia industrial plant, many collective properties and private houses of Dachong will be handed over to China Resources Land (Shenzhen) Company, one of the main bodies of Dachong's old reform.

It is understood that the Dachong Old Reconstruction Project is the largest demolition and reconstruction project in the province at present. There are more than 400 buildings of various types 1 10,000 square meters with a total construction area 1 10,000 square meters and a population of more than 60,000. The overall renovation area of Dachong is 684,000 square meters. According to the plan, after the completion of the old transformation, Dayong will become an important supporting base for high-tech parks and OCT scenic spots, as well as a modern and noble commercial, commercial and residential new community suitable for Shenzhen's overall city image.
