(1) The qualification examination for property managers shall be conducted in a unified outline, unified proposition and unified organization examination system, which shall be organized and implemented by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. In principle, the examination is held once a year, and it is conducted by closed-book and written examination.

(2) The qualification examination includes four subjects: basic system and policy of property management, property management practice, comprehensive ability of property management and property management.
