What does the property emergency plan include?

1. Any employee who receives the alarm from the owner or finds that there are passengers trapped in the elevator shall immediately notify the security fire control room and record the time of receiving the report and finding.

2. After receiving the report, the security fire control room, on the one hand, knows the location, trapped people, personnel and elevator floor through the monitoring system or walkie-talkie, on the other hand, reports to the security manager or the foreman on duty through the walkie-talkie, requesting to send someone or contact the engineering ministry of materials and equipment for rescue.

3. After receiving the report, the security manager or the foreman on duty immediately arrives in person or sends personnel to get in touch with the trapped passengers to comfort them and ask them to stay calm and wait patiently for help. Especially when the trapped passengers are frightened or very impatient and try to escape by taking extraordinary measures such as prying the door, they should be patiently warned not to panic and be impatient, and not to take unnecessary actions blindly, so as not to enlarge the fault and cause danger. Note: During this process, no one should be left at the scene. Keep in touch with the trapped people, keep abreast of their mood and health, and report the situation to the general manager or the leader on duty in time.

4. After receiving the report, the project manager ministry of materials and equipment or the personnel on duty should immediately send someone to the scene for rescue, and call the elevator maintenance company for emergency maintenance when necessary. If you can't save yourself, try to take measures to ensure the safety of the trapped passengers and wait for the technicians of the elevator maintenance company to come to the rescue.

5. If the engineering materials department and the elevator maintenance company are unable to rescue or can't rescue in a short time, they should ask the public security department or the fire department for help as appropriate (the reasons and circumstances for help should be explained). Before asking the public security fire department for help, you should get the consent of the general manager or the leader on duty.

6. In the process of rescue, if anyone (especially the elderly or children) among the trapped passengers is found fainting or comatose, the medical staff should be immediately notified to be present, so that the trapped passengers can be rescued after being rescued.

7. After the trapped person is rescued, the manager of the security department or the foreman on duty should immediately express condolences to him, understand his physical condition and needs, and ask him to provide his name, address, contact number and the reason for coming to the community. If the trapped person does not cooperate to leave, it shall be recorded and filed.

8. After the trapped people are rescued, ministry of materials and equipment should immediately ask the elevator maintenance company to find out the cause of the failure, and normal operation can be resumed after repair.

9. The manager of the security department or the foreman on duty shall make a detailed record of the incident, including the time when the report was received, the time when the security and maintenance personnel arrived at the scene, the notice and arrival time of the elevator maintenance company, the rescue time of the trapped personnel, the basic situation of the trapped personnel, and the time when the elevator resumed normal operation. If there are public security, fire fighting and medical personnel present, the arrival and departure time and vehicle number should also be recorded separately; If an injured person is trapped, record the situation of the injured person and the hospital he was sent to. 10. The manager of ministry of materials and equipment or the personnel on duty shall record the time, cause, rescue method and repair time of the fault in detail.
