Article 10 Agreement on Design Change of Commercial Housing

Article 13 Property management
Regarding the service content and charging standard of property management, Party B shall sign a property management contract with the property management enterprise according to relevant regulations.
Article 14 Agreement on disputes over property rights and disputes over creditor's rights and debts
Party A guarantees that there is no property right dispute and creditor's rights and debts dispute when delivering the Commodity House. In case of disputes over property rights and creditor's rights and debts, Party A shall bear all the responsibilities.
Article 15 Dispute settlement
