People's Republic of China (PRC) * * and China disabled soldiers Certificate have any relief for residential property fees! ?

It is the government's obligation to give preferential treatment or care to disabled soldiers or his family. The whole society can also take care of disabled soldiers or his family, but it is not an obligation. What's more, the current property companies are not government agencies, but mostly commercial enterprises.

In view of this situation, at present, the government has not yet issued relevant policies to exempt the survivors of martyrs, disabled soldiers, five-guarantee households, widowed elderly people or health departments from health fees, and exempt the property company from property fees. This is purely a consciousness of the whole society, not mandatory.

According to the Regulations on Pension and Preferential Treatment for Soldiers issued by the State Council and the Central Military Commission on August 1 2004, there are only a few provisions on preferential treatment for disabled soldiers:

Thirty-third disabled soldiers, who works in state organs, social organizations, enterprises and institutions, enjoys the same welfare and medical treatment as the employees injured at work in this unit. The unit shall not dismiss, expel or terminate the labor relationship because of its disability.

Thirty-fourth servicemen with valid documents, disabled soldiers with the "People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * and disabled soldiers card" priority to buy tickets to take domestic trains, ships, long-distance buses and civil aviation flights; Disabled soldiers enjoys a discount of 50% off the normal fare.

Servicemen enjoy preferential treatment by taking local buses, trams and rail vehicles with valid certificates, and the specific measures shall be formulated by the relevant city people's governments. Disabled soldiers can take buses, trams and rail transit in the city for free with the People's Republic of China (PRC) disabled soldiers Certificate.

Thirty-fifth servicemen and disabled soldiers with valid certificates to visit parks, museums and places of interest, enjoy preferential treatment. Specific measures shall be formulated by the local people's governments at or above the county level where parks, museums and places of historical interest are located.
