How about Xiaoshan in Sanshui, Kunshan?

It's far from the city, so you must drive when you go out. There are about four or five bus lines, and it takes about ten minutes to walk to the bus stop. The vegetable market is about half an hour's walk and about five minutes' drive. There is a medium-sized shopping plaza in front of the community, which is enough for a small life at ordinary times, but there are no entertainment facilities.

It's close to Kunshan Forest Park, so it's convenient to go by bike on weekends.

The surrounding area is still under construction, and the long-term development should be ok.

There is a thermal power plant one kilometer away from the community.
