I. This agreement is "Party A's Housing Leakage Compensation Agreement" (//www.unjs.com). (2) During the maintenance, Party B shall not damage the users, equipment and facilities of walls and windows involving Party A and its neighbors. In case of any damage, Party B shall be responsible for repairing the damaged parts, and all expenses and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by Party B. (3) Party B shall be responsible for cleaning up the construction waste generated during the construction and meeting the requirements of residential property management. (4) During the maintenance period, Party B must implement the relevant national safety management regulations. In case of personal injury or economic loss during civilized construction and maintenance, Party B shall bear all responsibilities. (6) According to the negotiation between both parties, Party B shall be responsible for all the materials for this maintenance, the construction and the problems arising in the construction. 7. Other matters not covered shall be settled by both parties through friendly negotiation. 9. This agreement is made in duplicate, one for each party, and shall come into force after being signed by both parties.
