Property management fees are as follows:

1. The first-class charging standard is 1.00 yuan/square meter per month;

Encourage and support the property management of institutions, enterprises and institutions to develop in the direction of marketization, specialization and rule of law. The people's governments at or above the county level shall strengthen the leadership of property management, incorporate property management into the local modern service industry development planning, urban and rural construction and social governance system, formulate supporting policies and incentive measures, establish a comprehensive coordination mechanism for property management, and promote the development of property service industry and the construction of civilized communities.

What responsibilities does the property need to travel?
