Parking fee ceiling regulation

Legal analysis: parking fees are regulated by the market, and there is no specific charging standard. Different regions have different standards. When a community signs a contract with a property company, it can discuss the parking fee and standardize the service scope and responsibility of the property company. According to the Measures for the Administration of Property Service Charges, if the property provides corresponding services through consultation with the owners, relevant fees can be charged.

Within the building division, the ownership of parking spaces and garages planned for parking cars shall be agreed upon by the parties through sale, gift or lease.

Parking spaces that occupy roads or other venues owned by the owner for parking cars shall be owned by the owner.
