What are the common troubleshooting methods for radiators?

First, the radiator is common: the radiator is not hot as a whole.

Troubleshooting: Open the inlet and outlet valves.

Second, the common failure of radiator: the radiator is not hot locally (the valve has been opened).

The heating is terribly hot.

There is the sound of water in the heating.

Troubleshooting: There may be gas in the radiator, which needs to be deflated.

Method 1: Close the water inlet valve first. Open the exhaust valve to exhaust. If water overflows, close the exhaust valve.

Method 2: Close the inlet valve by 3/4, then close the return valve, open the valve to exhaust, and close the air release valve when the water overflows.

Reminder: After operation, if the fault cannot be eliminated, notify the maintenance personnel.

Third, the common problem of radiator: the temperature of radiator pipe is not enough, and the room temperature is too low.

Elimination method: the inlet water temperature is low, and the inlet water temperature is increased. Performance testing system or increase the outlet temperature of wall-hung boiler.

4. Common failure of radiator: water leakage in inlet and return valve (near radiator).

Elimination method: close the inlet and outlet valves. Notify the installation team for maintenance.

5. Common failure of radiator: water leakage outside the inlet and return valve (near the main pipeline).

Elimination method: notify the property to close the system valve; Notify the installation team for maintenance.
