Who will pay for the sale of second-hand houses and other property fees?

Legally speaking, the property fees owed by the second-hand house sale have nothing to do with the buyers, and the buyers are not obliged to pay the property fees before the house is delivered. The buyer establishes a new property service contract relationship with the property management company after purchasing the house, and only promises to pay the property management fee after moving in, that is, after the house is delivered.
