Make full use of Monday's safety meeting, pre-shift speech and other ways to carry out various forms of learning and training, effectively promoting the overall improvement of the quality of employees in various positions. Supervise employees to conduct self-study and learn what they should know, operating procedures and related documents. In order to promote the enthusiasm of employees for self-study, relevant knowledge such as post knowledge, post hazard factors, risk control measures and emergency treatment measures were tested. A good learning atmosphere has been formed among the employees of the whole factory.
