Yangling Evergrande City will be remote in at least the next five years. School is a big problem. If you have children, you must have a car. Look at other new buildings. The occupancy rate here may be 20%. The property and supporting facilities are too poor, and the educational environment is a serious injury.

Evergrande has little investment in the mainland. Basically, they are all affiliated. The quality of Evergrande's houses in the mainland is average. I know a lot of people in Gai Lou, and they are basically sloppy.
