This overbearing announcement suddenly ignited the discussion of community owners. Some people think that the practice of property management is good, others think that this announcement is too much, so now everyone has their own opinions, but I have my own views on it.

First, we should analyze the cause of the incident. Overbearing disclosure of property reflects a sense of power. Because the property itself serves the community, it has no right to issue a so-called ban. Because the property is a service unit, it should be the owner who serves the community, and it is not qualified to issue such an announcement. Obviously, it is very wrong to ignore the owners of the community.

Secondly, some of the problems mentioned by the residential property are basically some problems encountered by their staff when cleaning, and have nothing to do with the actual residents. I think only property is the most overbearing in the service industry, because they seem to be above others, which is a contempt for the rights of owners. We don't talk about pets, but this kind of service attitude is not qualified as a property.

As far as pets are concerned, the property itself should actively carry out publicity work, negotiate with the residents of the community, and make a decision after being recognized by most people in the community. At the same time, this decision has no legal effect, just reminding residents, forming public opinion pressure, and effectively reducing the pollution of pets to the community. Therefore, the practice of the property this time is not in line with the law, but also an illegal act against the residents, and an apology should be made to the residents as soon as possible.
