Whose water is the new community?

The water pipes in the residential area of the building belong to the property and are managed by the property, while the municipal pipes outside the residential area are managed by the water supply company.

Part of the water pipe costs from the back of the residential water meter to the front of the owner's water meter shall be borne by all the owners. After the water meter of the owner is divided into meters, the owner is responsible for the maintenance and replacement of water pipes.
