Arrange as-built drawings, which must be drawn by the construction unit. The drawings must be consistent with the site, and the changed parts must be clearly marked to reasonably reflect the actual situation.

Records of joint review of construction drawings, design changes and technical verification sheets. Before construction, the construction project department will jointly review the construction drawing design data of the project and fill in the record form according to the unit project. The design unit should also fill in the design disclosure record.

Quality certificates of materials and components, ex-factory quality certificates of raw materials, finished products, semi-finished products, components and equipment, and retest report.

Take cover engineering acceptance record, this record must be filled in carefully, with video data and construction inspection sheet, signed by the unit personnel.

Engineering quality inspection and evaluation and quality accident handling records, engineering survey re-inspection and pre-inspection records, engineering quality evaluation data and functional test records.

Records of test pieces and blocks, records of material tests and inspections of structures and main components, records of permanent leveling points, and records of measurement and positioning of structures during construction.
