The accreditation rules and borrowing rules of the main library and the branch library are basically the same, with a total of borrowing and returning, and one card is multi-purpose. To celebrate the opening of Guanzhong Branch, the first branch of Nanshan Library, the 1 000 accreditation readers before Guanzhong Branch are exempted from the 10 yuan fee, and the 1 annual registration fee 10 yuan only receives the accreditation deposit. In order to facilitate more readers to apply for library cards, a new library card-universal card is added on the basis of the original ordinary card, children's card and Millennium card in Nanshan Library.
