What materials need to be handed over when the industry Committee establishes the property?

Legal analysis: After the establishment of the owners' committee, the property shall hand over the following information:

(a) the division of property management areas;

(two) the annexes and drawings of the construction land planning permit and the construction project planning permit;

(three) the completion acceptance report and completion site plan, single building, structure, equipment completion drawings, supporting facilities, underground pipe network project completion drawings, fire acceptance and other completion acceptance materials;

(four) facilities and equipment factory random data, installation, acceptance, use, maintenance and regular inspection and other technical data, operation and maintenance records;

(five) property quality warranty documents and property use documents;

(6) A list of owners;

(seven) other information required for property management;

(8) Accounts of property expenses, creditor's rights and debts;

(nine) the project contract of entrusting a third party to manage the property;

(ten) the project, information and agreement of the property entrusted by the owner.

Legal basis: Article 36 of the Regulations on Property Management. When undertaking the property, the realty service enterprise shall go through the formalities of property acceptance with the owners' committee. The owners' committee shall hand over the completion general plan, single building, structure, equipment completion plan, supporting facilities, underground pipe network project completion plan and other completion acceptance data to the realty service enterprise.
