If it is less than 12 hours for more than 3 hours, it will be calculated as the price limit of 12 hours, and if it is parked continuously for more than 12 hours, it will be charged cumulatively according to the above standards.

5. The property service fee for the owner-owned property parking space in residential quarters shall not be higher than 30% of the car parking and storage service fee (monthly deposit) in the parking lot where the owner-owned property parking space is located, which shall be charged on a monthly basis as agreed by the owner and the property service enterprise (or parking lot operator).
