Beilun, Binhai New City

This place called Binhai New Town is located in the southeast of Beilun. At present, the function of Nansha planning control area is in the pattern of "one center+four industrial clusters". This also indicates that there will be a large influx of new population in Nansha, which is undoubtedly good news for the real estate market. Nansha is located in the hinterland of the Pearl River Delta, with a superior geographical position. Nansha, as a national development zone to strengthen cooperation with Hong Kong, Macao, service industry and high-tech industry, has unique land, sea and air transportation resources and has become a transportation hub on both sides of the Pearl River Delta. According to industry insiders, from the terminal of the city to the strategic central city in line with international standards, the location value is increasingly prominent, and Nansha will be built into a modern coastal new city in the future.

As the geometric center of the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone, Nansha is located on the west bank of Humen Waterway in the Pearl River Estuary, where Xijiang, Beijiang and Dongjiang meet.
