Provisions on Refund of Decoration Deposit

There is no disguised charge

Property service enterprises shall collect property service deposits and deposits in accordance with the regulations, and it is strictly forbidden to collect fees in disguised form by means of deposits and deposits. The realty service enterprise shall not collect decoration deposit or security deposit from the owners and property users.

Decoration management agreement

The owner shall sign a decoration management agreement with the realty service enterprise before the decoration. The property management company can charge the owner a decoration deposit of no more than 1 0,000 yuan. After the renovation is completed, the owner shall promptly notify the realty service enterprise for inspection. The property company should check within 3 days and make a reply whether it is illegal or not within 7 days. If the owner does not violate the rules, the property company should refund the decoration deposit in full.

Refund time

After the renovation of the owner, the renovation deposit shall be returned to the owner within 90 days from the date when the property management company passes the acceptance.

Supervise the decoration company

Decoration deposit is the deposit paid by the owner to the property company before decoration to prevent decoration violations. After the decoration is completed, the property management company will return it in full without violating the rules, so as to supervise the standardized construction behavior of the decoration company.
