Regulations of Qiqihar Municipality on the Administration of Urban Housing Safety

Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to strengthen the safety management of urban housing, ensure the safety of people's lives and property, and standardize law enforcement, these Regulations are formulated in accordance with the provisions of relevant state laws and regulations and in light of the actual situation of this Municipality. Article 2 These Regulations shall apply to the safety management of houses (hereinafter referred to as houses) that have been completed and delivered within the urban planning area of this Municipality. Before the house decoration, the owner or user of the house has the right to inquire about the main structure, load-bearing structure, seismic design, fire protection design and design service life of the house from the selling unit, property service enterprise, transferor (lessor) or urban construction archives institution, and the inquired person shall cooperate with the inquiry. (five) the opinions issued by the housing safety appraisal institution to agree to the demolition;

(six) the examination and approval opinions of the relevant administrative departments.

If the applicant is not the owner of the house, it shall provide proof that the owner agrees to demolish the house.
