What floor needs secondary water supply?

1. Generally, the 4th to 6th floors use direct water supply, and the other floors above use booster pumps. However, some floors began to use pressurization equipment directly, mainly depending on the local municipal pressure. According to the relevant regulations, the water supply pressure of the water supply company only needs to reach about the sixth floor.

2. Municipal water pressure can't be delivered to the ground, so it must be pressurized twice. However, there are two standards for municipal water pressure, one is the service water head above 28M stipulated by the state, and the other is the 14M water head stipulated in No.277 document of the Ministry of Construction.

The height of every place is different. When the water supply pressure of the water plant is less than 28M, the general municipal water supply is responsible for supplying water to the 1-6 floor, and the secondary pressurized water supply starts from the 4th floor to the 7th floor.

4. For non-negative pressure water supply and pressurized water supply based on municipal direct water pressure, the water quality is consistent with that of the municipal government, the equipment is relatively expensive, and the additional cost will be higher. The specific charging and pricing of secondary water supply is determined by the property of high-rise residential quarters, so different charging methods also lead to different water charges.

Generally, the property of the secondary water supply facilities community will have this fee when the property fee is submitted for approval, and the fees are different in different places and communities.
