Before entering the property management community, the real estate agent must call the property management company to confirm whether it has been registered with the Municipal Housing Management Bureau, and also specify the specific floor room number to be reached, and enter the community according to the door post designated by the property management company.

Brokers must wear the original Dongguan Real Estate Broker's Certificate issued by the Municipal Housing Management Bureau when entering the community, and store the certificate at the designated entrance and exit posts, and then collect it at the post when leaving the community. And if the new employee fails to apply for a certificate in time, he must hold a temporary entry and exit certificate stamped and issued by the real estate agency association, and at the same time bring a copy of his ID card for use.

The "Regulations" require that if a real estate agent enters the community without the property owner, he must issue the original power of attorney signed by the property owner and a copy of the property owner's ID card.

The "Regulations" also require housekeepers. For example, real estate agents who bring buyers or tenants in and out of the community must also submit valid identity documents of buyers or tenants for registration.

The viewing time is 8:30- 12:00 and 14:00- 18:30.

According to the regulations, the time for real estate agents to enter and leave the community for business can only be 8:30- 12:00 and 14:00- 18:30 every day.

The "Regulations" also emphasize that property management companies can completely refuse real estate intermediary practitioners who do not meet the above conditions to enter the property management community to carry out business.

However, if the real estate intermediary practitioners meet the above conditions and want to enter the community, they shall not deliberately block or charge in any name.
