The Measures for the Administration of Property Service Charges in Chongqing (Yu Fu Ban [20 1 5] No.36, hereinafter referred to as the Measures) has been issued by the general office of the municipal government and implemented in batches since May1day. The first counties are Jiangbei District, Fuling District, Yongchuan District and fengjie county.

The "Measures" can be inquired through the bulletin board of the municipal government on the official website of Chongqing Municipality, and the specific implementation related matters can be inquired from the housing management departments and price departments of the districts and counties where they are located.

According to the provisions of the "Measures", if the preliminary property service contract has been signed before the implementation of the "Measures" and the contract has not expired, the original charging standard will still be implemented before the re-signing of the property service contract. The original charging standard includes property service fee, elevator fee, public utility fee and vacant house property fee. Among them, the property fee charged at half price during the vacant period of the house is still charged at half price.

For the newly signed property service contract after the implementation of the Measures, if there are matters related to property service fees during the period of vacant houses in the contract, if there is no agreement, the property service enterprise can collect them in full.
