Can a property company collect maintenance funds?

There are two ways to collect maintenance funds.

1. The collection of the new house property special fund shall be collected and remitted by the developer. This fee should be collected when selling the house, and the property management company can't collect it.

2. When the existing maintenance fund is insufficient to meet the demand; Or if the deposit amount is lower than the requirements and needs to be renewed, it will be collected by the property management company and transferred to the special maintenance fund center after approval by the Housing Authority and the special maintenance fund.
