Installation process of central water purifier

The installation of the central water purifier is mainly divided into the following five parts:

I. Field investigation

1. Before installation, arrange engineers and technicians to communicate with the person in charge of water and electricity of the decoration company (or the project manager) (find the person in charge of water and electricity of the property management company who has already checked in), and first find the location of the water meter and the main valve.

2. Consult customers to determine the location of the central water purifier. Generally, it is placed not far from the water meter and the main valve to facilitate sewage discharge. Can be placed in the kitchen, storage room, garage, balcony, garden.

3. Record the pipe diameter and material (PVC, PPR, etc.) of the water pipe in detail, roughly estimate the required materials, and make records, so as to prepare for drawing the installation pipeline diagram and installation.

4. The outlet of the sewage pipe of the central water purifier should be lower than the control valve surface of the water purifier. If it is higher, it is best to install a one-way valve on the sewage pipe.

5. The minimum installation space of the central water purifier is 600*600*(h+300)mm, and h is the actual height of the central water purifier.

6. The central water purifier should avoid being too close to the heat source, and do not let the sun directly illuminate the product. If the central water purifier is too close to the water heater, a one-way valve must be installed.

2. Drawings (not required by check-in customers)

1, indicate the direction of sewage discharge and the position of power socket according to the field survey results and the original waterway layout of customers.

2. According to the customer's water consumption and water distribution point, determine the pipe diameter (generally not less than the original domestic water pipe), and draw the pipeline layout according to the survey data. Mark the pipe diameter, length, pipe quality, etc.

3. Draw a three-dimensional demonstration diagram of the actually installed inlet and outlet valves and bypass valves (provided by the decoration company when installing the pipeline route), and indicate the height of the inlet and outlet pipe interface of the central water purifier.

Third, the construction preparation

1. Tool preparation: hacksaw, pvc scissors, 300*45 pipe wrench, 400*40 wrench, measuring pen, a set of screwdriver, impact electric drill, drill bit, hammer, wire cutters, needle-nosed pliers, hot melting machine, etc. Gadgets and toolkits are put together.

2. Material preparation: three valves, elbows, straight pipes, water pipes, hoses, etc. Prepare according to the quantity and materials required in the piping drawing.

3. Prepare written documents: installation and commissioning report, sales agreement, etc.

4. Departure inspection: confirm whether the customer's name, address, telephone number, inspection tools and materials are complete, and arrive at the site according to the time required by the customer.

Fourth, the installation and construction

1, the installation and construction personnel should be equipped with two people, bring tools and required materials into the construction site, turn off the main water inlet valve first, and find the installation location according to the layout of the water purifier.

2. Disassemble the instructions, control valve instructions, warranty cards, certificates, etc. , check the appearance of the water purifier and make records.

3. Find the disconnected position of the main water pipe according to the pipeline diagram, and disconnect the main water pipe from the inlet valve, outlet valve and bypass valve according to the pipeline layout diagram, and pay attention to the bonding process.

4. Install the fixed water purifier at the predetermined position, and after connecting the inlet and outlet pipes, find the floor drain or sewage pipe on the pipeline diagram, and install the sewage pipe as required.

5. After the service time required by the bonding process, open the main water inlet valve to detect whether the pipeline leaks, and at the same time, manually flush the water purifier forward and backward.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) debugging and explanation

① Debugging: Set the control valve to flushing state, and set the control valve to running state after flushing. Adjust the control valve according to the requirements of different control valves in the manual, estimate the flushing time according to the customer's water consumption, and set it on the control valve.

② Explanation: One person explains to the customer, and the other person cleans the installation site. The contents of the explanation include the performance of the whole machine, the service life and replacement cycle of each filter material, some basic operations of the control valve, the backwashing cycle and manual flushing mode, and the adjustment of flushing time.

(3) Hand over the water purifier Manual, Control Valve Manual, Quality Assurance Certificate, Certificate of Conformity and other materials, fill in the installation and commissioning report, indicate the product number, and the customer will sign for confirmation. Leave the after-sales service number and say goodbye to the customer politely.
