At the same time, our bureau urges a number of projects, especially headquarters projects, to register in our region as soon as possible, and make rapid contributions to the work of "maintaining growth" in our region.

The investment promotion center is mainly responsible for the investment promotion of major special projects such as "education hub", "academician expert innovation and entrepreneurship project" and "e-commerce project"; The enterprise preparation office will intervene in advance in the negotiation of investment promotion projects, so that enterprises can make preparations in advance and start construction quickly after the project investment is determined. With the assistance of the joint venture company, the research and development of Honda's global business flow center and Canada's InterHealth medical industrial base are progressing smoothly.
3. Make full use of the investment promotion power of provinces and cities to unite the investment promotion efforts.
(1) Actively strive for the support of the Ministry of Commerce and other national ministries and commissions, and establish a docking communication mechanism for project introduction. Our bureau visited the Industry Department, Europe Department, Asia Department, America Department, West Asia Department, Foreign Investment Department and Investment Promotion Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce for three times to obtain the industrial development trends and economic and trade information of various countries and regions, and took advantage of the resources of the Ministry of Commerce to participate in the Australian Economic Forum in early April to collect some project investment clues. At the same time, our bureau set up Beijing Investment Promotion Office to collect information regularly, strengthen communication, organize and plan investment promotion activities for national key projects, and strive for the layout of major national special projects or key projects in our district.

Our bureau took the lead in promoting the signing of a memorandum of investment cooperation between our region and the Provincial Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, establishing mechanisms such as regular consultation, project introduction, publicity and promotion, and platform construction, and sending investors to the Provincial Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation for exchange and study. 4. Optimize the spatial layout of industrial land and carriers, and improve the pertinence of attracting investment.

Our bureau jointly plans the land department, studies and formulates the annual land supply plan for industrial projects, and accordingly determines the project landing plan, especially for each "pure land" that has been requisitioned, cleared and leveled, and invites investment according to its industrial plan.
(2) Planning investment promotion in key areas such as knowledge city and biological island. In terms of investment promotion of knowledge city, our bureau carefully studies the layout of knowledge city park, optimizes the layout of existing industrial projects in the starting area of knowledge city according to the concept of industrial cluster development, and forms a high-end industrial cluster area; Outside the starting area of knowledge city, according to the positioning of each functional area and land use indicators, the projects of high-end links in the industrial chain will be introduced in a targeted manner. 5. Accelerate the realization of enterprise support funds, introduce more attractive investment policies, and enhance the business environment and "soft power" for attracting investment.
(1) Accelerate the realization of enterprise support funds.
