Article 2 The control degree of personnel access control shall be established at different levels. Villagers should follow the principle of "not going out unless necessary" and explore ways to ensure residents' necessary travel by issuing access permits. Third, do a good job in the control of people returning from other places according to law. For residents and long-term tenants who have registered permanent residence and real estate in the village, the village should report to the relevant departments in time to inquire about their living history and contact history. Those with accurate identity, normal body temperature and no other abnormal conditions are allowed to enter, and the personnel are isolated at home for 14 days, and the vehicles are fully disinfected.

Fourth, strengthen the control of people who go out to work, work and return to the village.
