Is it illegal to draw fire exits without authorization?

Illegal. Fire exits are specified in relevant documents. Only the fire brigade, that is, the reformed emergency rescue administration, has the right to set up corresponding fire exits in any unit or community according to the plan, and let the unit or community property plan and set up fire exits.

Fire engines should be considered for the roads in the block, and the distance between the road center lines should not be greater than 160. When the length of the building along the street is greater than 150 or the total length is greater than 220, a fire lane passing through the building should be set. When it is really difficult, a circular fire lane should be set up.

Fire exits broadly include fire truck exits, evacuation exits and safety exits. Fire truck passage is understood as the passage and entrance of the community where fire trucks pass in the community to carry out fire fighting and rescue outside the building. The safety exit is the staircase inside the building to ensure the safe evacuation of people or the exit directly to the outdoor ground. Evacuation passages (exits) can be understood as walkways, room doors, exits and so on.

According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, if the fire exits in residential quarters are illegally occupied, the owners can complain to the property company or report to the fire department of the public security organ.

7. 1 fire lane

The clear width and clear height of the fire lane around a civil building with a building height greater than 250m should not be less than 7m and 4.5m respectively.

The fire lane, the road surface of the rescue operation site, the fire lane and the structures, pipes and culverts below the rescue operation site should be able to withstand the cold areas where heavy fire engines of more than 70t are parked and legs are operated. Fire-fighting water cranes should be added at appropriate positions near the fire lane.

Article 28

No unit or individual may damage, misappropriate or dismantle or stop fire control facilities and equipment without authorization, bury, occupy or block fire hydrants or occupy fire prevention spaces, occupy, block or close evacuation passages, safety exits and fire truck passages. Doors and windows in crowded places shall not be equipped with obstacles that affect escape and fire fighting and rescue.

Article 60

If a unit violates the provisions of this Law and commits any of the following acts, it shall be ordered to make corrections and be fined between 5,000 yuan and 50,000 yuan:

(a) the configuration and setting of fire control facilities, equipment or fire safety signs do not meet the national standards and industry standards, or they are not kept intact and effective;

(two) damage, misappropriation or unauthorized removal, stop using fire control facilities and equipment;

(3) Occupying, blocking or sealing evacuation passages and exits or other acts that hinder safe evacuation;

(four) burying, occupying, blocking the fire hydrant or occupying the fire prevention space;

(five) occupy, block or close the passage of fire engines, which hinders the passage of fire engines;

(six) in crowded places, obstacles affecting escape and fire fighting and rescue are set on doors and windows;

(seven) after being notified by the fire rescue agency, failing to take timely measures to eliminate fire hazards.

Individuals who commit any of the acts listed in the second, third, fourth and fifth items of the preceding paragraph shall be given a warning or imposed a fine of not more than 500 yuan.

Anyone who commits any of the acts in Item 3, Item 4, Item 5 and Item 6 of the first paragraph of this article and refuses to correct it after being ordered to do so shall be enforced, and the expenses required shall be borne by the violator.
