Can a property supporting service company engage in property management services?

Property supporting service enterprises shall not engage in property management services. Property enterprises must have property management qualifications before they can carry out property management work. Property service enterprises can undertake property management projects and carry out property management and property services only after obtaining property management qualifications according to law. Property companies that are not qualified to undertake property services are leapfrog operations and will be punished by the real estate authorities. Legal basis: Article 32 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Property Management, enterprises engaged in property management activities have independent legal personality. The State Council construction administrative departments shall, jointly with relevant departments, establish a joint incentive mechanism for trustworthiness and a joint disciplinary mechanism for dishonesty, and strengthen the integrity management of the industry.
