Charge standard for vacant houses

There is no uniform provision in the state for the collection standard of vacant house property fees. There are different regulations on how much property fees should be paid for vacant houses in different places. 1. The Measures for the Administration of Property Service Charges in Wuxi stipulates that from June 5438+ 10/day, 2006, property management companies will charge 70% of the normal property service fees for unoccupied or unused properties. Second, Heze, Shandong Province stipulates that vacant houses that have gone through the formalities for vacant houses for more than one year should pay 60% of the property fee. Shijiazhuang vacant housing property fee collection standard is only 20%. 3. The Implementation Measures for the Management of Property Service Charges in Shaanxi Province stipulates that, after the owners pass the acceptance, the vacant houses that do not meet the occupancy conditions because they have not been renovated or have not been used for a long time (including house decoration) after occupancy shall pay the property service fee at 70% of the charging standard agreed in the property service contract from the date when they pass the acceptance or the owners report to the property service enterprise.
